As a senior acquisitions manager for a publicly traded REIT, he successfully deployed millions in capital and acquired thousands of homes hitting required yield targets.
Peter is originally from New York, lived in Tampa, Fl the past 20 years and currently resides in Panama.
John Bartholomew (JB)
Co-Founder & COO
JB is from Tampa, FL and and lived in Panama for over 11 years. He is a dynamic entrepreneur with a diverse back ground in marketing, hospitality, call centers, merchant processing and banking.
Currently, he is a partner in a tiny home resort and owns JB Degustador Panama, a platform that promotes local restaurants, hotels and mini resorts, actively fostering growth for Panama’s tourism and hospitality sectors.
